An Integrative Trauma-Conscious Training of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Ayurveda

Consciously designed for the moment, our curriculum not only instills advanced yoga practice, but also attends to the suffering that our world has experienced in recent years. The comprehensive 300-hour Yoga Alliance-approved program will be taught by inspired teachers with years of teacher-training experience, and deep access to specialities in the fields of wellness, yoga, trauma, and recovery. Plan to dig deep for 6+ months as you examine your own personal practice and explore the vast tradition of yoga from multiple perspectives. Whether you teach or not, you’ll be transformed and inspired to use yoga to support holistic health, wellness, and life balance in your life and the community.

Schedule: Each weekend will host training on Friday from 7:00-9:30 pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am-4:30pm. The weekends are: May 19th-21st, June 9th-11th, July 28th-30th, August 25th-27th, Sept 22nd-24th, October 6th-8th, November 17th-19th, January 5th-7th, February 3rd-5th, March 8th-10th

Cost & Payment Options

Program Requirements
Complete application, satisfactory interview, and deposit/payment
Full participation in all sessions (or makeup) & completion of all assignments
Must be paid in full to receive certification of completion

Paid in Full Options
$3,500 due on May 19th

Per weekend Payment Plans
$395 per weekend, due before the Friday of that weekend’s training.

Other Expenses & Expectations
- Books, to be purchased/borrowed, and to be read outside of class
- Travel, within Frederick County, though we encourage a carpool buddy!

Refund Policy
Deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to start date. After that, it is non-refundable. If during the course of the training, you become unable to complete the training due to medical reasons, your balance will be transferred to your account and you will be allowed to complete the training during the next cycle. There will be no other refunds.
