The class also includes massage, stretches & play for your baby. All levels are welcome and you may begin class as soon as you feel ready for exercise, though a common guide line is 6 weeks postpartum. 50 min class. Limited space. Teens will learn the nature of stress as well as yoga poses, breathing techniques and easy meditation practices to increase peace and decrease anxiety. A no-sew eye pillow will be made to take home and enjoy. Light snack provided. Open to ages 12 and up. $15.
