Adult Yoga for
Teens
Its cool, its fun and its great for teens. This class is a taste of
what our adult classes are like for those kids that are really too
grown up for ‘kids’ yoga. They will tap into their inner power,
build strength and stamina, learn to take care of their body and empty
out their heads of teenage stresses.
Mommy & Me Yoga
Join Maren for this yoga based class to promote
bonding, relaxation, & exercise with baby & mom. For babies
that aren’t quite walking. Only open to six moms & babies, so
register quickly.
Prenatal Yoga
Suggested by many doctors during pregnancy, this is an opportunity to
nurture your changing body and connect with your baby and your breath.
Appropriate stretches and lots of breath work will help prepare the
body and mind for delivery. No experience required.
Currently taught by studio owner, Dorcas Quynn McWilliams who is journeying into motherhood for the first time. Other teachers include Maren Voss, Carla McAdams & Kandi Austin
