Baby & Me Yoga
A yoga based class to promote
bonding, relaxation, & exercise with baby & caretaker. Get back
in shape while strengthening the bond with your baby. For
babies that aren’t quite walking. Only open to six moms & babies,
so register quickly.
Kids Yoga
- all kids yoga classes are designed so that parents can drop kids off
or enjoy relaxing in our lobby.
3
& 4 yr olds
Fun, imaginative classes combining simple yoga poses with songs,
puppets and stories to encourage a child's natural thirst for
knowledge. Social, sensory and motor skills will be excercised while
increasing flexibility.
5-8
yr olds
Playful class encouraging self-expression while building strength,
flexibility, and coordination. Children will release energy and learn
how to focus through breathing , relaxation techniques, group games and
posture practice.
9-11
yr olds
Children will increase strength, balance and flexibility with more
challenging postures and will spend more time honing thier ability to
focus and concentrate. Self-confidence, respect and awareness will be
emphasized.
Prenatal Yoga
Suggested by many doctors during pregnancy, this is an opportunity to
nurture your changing body and connect with your baby and your breath.
Appropriate stretches and lots of breath work will help prepare the
body and mind for delivery. No experience required.
